Financial Service Manager (F&I)
We are recruiting for one of the most rewarding positions within a dealership. The Financial Service Manager is responsible for assuring our clients receive financial, warranty and insurance products that are as trusted and advanced as our Automobiles are.
The Financial Service manager is the right-hand person of the sales manager and needs to be a trustworthy person that is well versed in lease, loans, warranties, protection packages and insurance products. Our clients drive the best cars, and they expect skilled people to make their purchase pleasant and easy. We don’t sell subprime or other high pressure products and every transaction follows our high standards on client service and satisfaction.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in either banking or automotive sales. We will provide factory training, a great work environment all around and a pay plan that offers you to exceed your earning expectations.
You need to assure that transactions are fun and exciting, yet make sure that the documentation and information is handled with care and professionalism. This position is an integral part of the sales team and Financial Service Manager needs to evaluate monthly programs, strategize with the sales manager to offer our clients the best products and educate the sales team, display payments and programs online and in the dealership.
