Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective training, supervision, coaching and performance management to team members in order to offer excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding the maintenance of their vehicle and to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied
  • Maintain highest possible standards of workmanship; advise technicians of dealership CSI on a monthly basis
  • Performs Service Advising when required
  • Leads by example and consistently displays excellent customer service
  • Oversees warranty procedures and policies
  • Ensures health and safety requirements are met and followed
  • Ensure the technicians efficiency and productivity reaches standard levels
  • Monitors the technicians’ labour times and ensures the proper parts are available for service that day
  • Think strategically and develop operational goals for service
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have at least 3 years Automotive Service Management
  • Ability to operate the department at a profit according to the dealership guidelines

NOTE:  A criminal record check and driver’s abstract report will be required upon hire
